ARKEA CAPITAL JOINS CICLAD IN YXELIA BUILDUP
The management of YXELIA is pleased to announce today the conclusion of the the acquisition by YXELIA of AVANCE Group in Holland, managed by Mr Ronald STOMP, and specialized in :
- The administration, security, optimization and virtualization of enterprise
networks.
- Applications packaging Services
- Managed Services
AVANCE, with 20 M€ of annual sales, delivers since its inception an exceptional profitability. Mr Ronald STOMP will bring part of his shares to be associated with YXELIA shareholders in the ongoing international buildup project in the fields of Networks & Telecom.
It is the third operation of the new group YXELIA, started in October 2014, after the acquisition of SETELIA and the launch of the subsidiary SETELIA BENELUX in Belgium in January 2015.
For this new operation, the investment fund FCPI ARKEA CAPITAL 1, managed by ARKEA CAPITAL INVESTISSEMENT, joins CICLAD in the financing of YXELIA, in association with the managers Carlos BEDRAN, Charbel SEBAALI and Malek OUADI.

START OF THE BUILDUP YXELIA IN THE FIELD OF NETWORKS&COMMUNICATIONS BY THE MANAGERS OF SETELIA WITH CARLOS BEDRAN AND THE INVESTMENT FUND CICLAD
The management of SETELIA group (Charbel SEBAALI and Malek OUADI), Carlos BEDRAN and CICLAD fund are pleased to announce today the signing of an agreement to start a process of build-up in the fieldS of Networks and Telecommunications, aiming at growing a new international leader of consulting in Europe, North America, North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf countries. The purpose of the new group will be to assist:
- Telecom operators and manufacturers and regulation authorities in the engineering, operations and certification of their fixed and mobile networks, and associated terminals, as well as the development of new offers to maximize their income.
- Any company in the administration, security, optimization and virtualization of its local networks and VPN, with mobility solutions, NFC payment, connected objects, etc..
The new group will now resume internal and external growth, offering to its customers in France and abroad, innovative and powerful solutions to help them improve their networks and connected devices.
Carlos BEDRAN will handle the operational management of the group, with the aim to accelerate the development and widen the service offering to strengthen its position as a major player in its sector. Charbel SEBAALI et Malek OUADI will be in charge of the management of the business in France and in the Middle-East.
